Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the entire creative process for marketing campaigns, ensuring success by:
- Creative Planning & Delivery: Taking the lead in creating, planning, and overseeing the delivery of highly relevant and engaging creatives tailored for target audiences across various campaigns.
- Brand Cohesion: Maintaining a cohesive and consistent visual and thematic style across all campaigns, ensuring strong brand identity and recognition.
- Continuously explore and introduce new design and delivery ideas for advertising or promotional campaigns, pushing creative boundaries to capture audience attention.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in marketing and creative fields to inform product development and refine marketing strategies.
- Translate creative concepts into actionable plans and oversee their execution, ensuring alignment with performance marketing goals.
- Lead and manage creative aspects within a team, while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration with other departments (e. , marketing, product, development) to ensure integrated campaign delivery.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in handling creative direction, design, and themes of campaigns for growth and performance marketing.
- Prior experience preferably for a gaming or social app.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative ideas, strategies, and feedback to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate performance data and market insights into actionable creative strategies and optimizations.
- Ability to lead and manage creative projects/team members, while collaborating effectively cross-functionally with other departments.
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation in creative execution.
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful creative campaigns and your role in their direction and design is highly preferred.
- Degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related creative field is desirable
