You will collaborate with stakeholders to create effective and eye-catching logo's, branding, images,graphics and campaigns to increase our user base. - As a creative designer, we hope you can put your passion for design to create beautiful images and compelling content. Your duties will include developing graphics for digital platforms to enhance our accompanying text. Responsibilities: - Below are some of the responsibilities a creative designer is expected to assume in their position: - Create and design various materials for digital and print - Select colors, fonts, images, and layouts - Design engaging campaigns for user acquisition and engagement. - Coordinate with the product team to ensure brand uniformity across the app. - Research and understand User behaviors and build visual experience. - Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product - Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects. - Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company - Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software - Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines - Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions - Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces - Implement feedback and changes whenever possible - Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project - Create brand decks, corporate decks and reports that best demonstrate the brand Job Qualifications and Skill Sets: Below are the qualifications that are expected of a graphic designer: - Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Minimum of 14+ years experience in graphic design - Attention to detail - Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects - Strong analytical skills - Time management and organizational skills - Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web - Experience with both print and digital media Key responsibilities: - Craft Banners For users. - Coordinate with the printing and Delivery vendors to ensure on time delivery - Design engaging campaigns for user acquisition and engagement. - Design Certificates for the Users - Research and understand User behaviors and build visual experience. - Coordinate with the product team to ensure brand uniformity across the app. What are we looking for: - A strong belief in clear communication - A creative bent of mind - Someone super organized - A get shit done attitude - A zero-tolerance approach toward complacency - Someone passionate about design - Someone who owns what they do and takes pride in it
