About the Role

Cre8r.ai is shaping the future of the creator economy through a next-generation influencer analytics and marketing intelligence platform. We are seeking a highly driven Sales / Business Development Lead who can fully own the revenue charter, establish a scalable acquisition engine, and position Cre8r.ai as the preferred analytics solution for brands, agencies, and enterprises.

This role is a strategic, hands-on position that blends high-velocity outbound sales, automation-led lead generation, and structured GTM execution. You will drive measurable business growth, influence product-market alignment, and build a predictable, compounding revenue engine for both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Leadership:

- Own and scale monthly SaaS subscription revenues with a focus on predictable, repeatable, and data-driven performance.

- Build and manage a structured pipeline that supports aggressive growth targets across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.

- Develop account plans, revenue forecasts, and pipeline health reports for leadership review.

Lead Generation & Automation:

- Architect and operate automation-driven outbound systems using tools such as Apollo, Dripify, PhantomBuster, Expandi, and other AI-powered prospecting platforms.

- Implement lead-scoring frameworks, multi-channel outreach sequences, and automated workflows to maximize conversions.

- Monitor funnel metrics across channels and continually optimize for efficiency and throughput.

Go-To-Market Strategy Execution:

- Understand and execute Cre8r.ais GTM strategy, including pricing, packaging, segmentation, and competitive positioning.

- Tailor sales motions for diverse markets including India, APAC, MENA, EU, and the US.

- Provide market intelligence to product and leadership teams to evolve platform features, positioning, and value narratives.

Enterprise & Strategic Partnerships:

- Identify and engage strategic partners, agencies, and large brand ecosystems to accelerate platform adoption.

- Lead enterprise-level conversations, solution mapping, and value-based selling.

- Represent Cre8r.ai in industry forums, ecosystem meetings, and category events to enhance market visibility.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:

- Work closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure alignment between customer needs, product roadmap, and GTM initiatives.

- Create feedback loops to improve lead quality, product experience, and sales processes.

- Support development of sales collateral, case studies, pitches, and competitive battlecards.

Who You Are:

- 35+ years of experience in SaaS Sales, Business Development, MarTech, or Growth roles with a proven track record of revenue contribution.

- Strong understanding of subscription revenue models, sales funnels, acquisition levers, and customer lifecycle management.

- Hands-on experience with automation and outbound tools such as Apollo, Dripify, PhantomBuster, Expandi, LGM, or similar platforms.

- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, early-stage environments with high ownership and autonomy.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Analytical mindset with strong command over metrics, pipeline dynamics, and conversion optimizations.

- Ability to thrive in a front-facing role that blends sales strategy, hands-on execution, and automation-driven growth.
