Role Overview


We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Lead Generation & Growth Strategy Manager to architect and scale our outbound growth engine.


This role requires not just tactical execution but also strategic ownership of lead generation frameworks, revenue pipeline creation, and GTM alignment.


The ideal candidate will leverage LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Apollo, and AI-driven automation tools to engage with D2C founders, CMOs, agency leaders, and digital heads consistently delivering high-quality qualified meetings and enabling predictable revenue growth.


This is a high-impact role that combines business acumen, outbound growth expertise, and leadership collaboration.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Outbound Growth Leadership


- Design and implement a scalable, multi-channel outbound engine across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Apollo, and email automation.

- Define KPIs, growth metrics, and pipeline health indicators to align with revenue goals.

Advanced Automation & AI-Driven Outreach


- Build automation workflows using Dripify, PhantomBuster, Expandi, Lemlist, and similar tools.

- Deploy AI-driven personalization, follow-ups, and lead scoring models to increase engagement and conversion.

Market Segmentation & Targeting


- Develop segmentation strategies for D2C brands, eCommerce businesses, and digital agencies.

- Continuously enrich lead databases with relevant intelligence and insights.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment


- Partner with leadership to define vertical priorities, GTM messaging, and campaign strategy.

- Ensure seamless CRM hygiene and handover processes to sales and closing teams.

Performance & Optimization


- Monitor campaign analytics (reply rates, meeting conversion ratios, CAC efficiency).

- Drive continuous optimization to maximize ROI on outbound initiatives.


Must-Have Skills & Experience


- MBA (Marketing, Strategy, or Business Development preferred).

- Experience in SaaS/MarTech business development, outbound growth, or lead generation strategy.


- Proven success in designing and scaling outbound frameworks that consistently deliver qualified meetings with D2C or agency stakeholders.

- Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Dripify, WhatsApp automation, and CRM platforms (HubSpot/Pipedrive).

- Strong familiarity with AI-powered outreach, lead scoring, and marketing automation tools.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for high-level decision makers.

- Analytical, data-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to optimize performance metrics
