
DGM - Sales (Luxury Residential Sales)
Experience : 8-15 yrs
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven professional to lead luxury residential sales targeting High Net Worth Individuals (HNI/UHNI) through channel partners and strategic alliances. The role requires deep expertise in managing high-value transactions (- 20 Cr+ ticket size), strong relationship management, and a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of luxury residential properties ( 20 Cr+ ticket size) through channel partners, IPCs, and wealth networks
- Build and manage a strong ecosystem of channel partners, luxury brokers, and HNI/UHNI networks
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Cultivate relationships with HNI clients, family offices, wealth managers, and investment advisors
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation - client engagement - site visits - negotiation - closure
- Conduct exclusive previews, private events, and curated experiences for elite clientele
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and relationship management for repeat and referral business
- Collaborate with marketing teams for targeted campaigns, brand positioning, and luxury outreach
- Track market trends, competitor landscape, and pricing strategies in the luxury segment
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, MIS, and performance reports to leadership
Key Requirements:
- Experience : 8-12 years in real estate sales, with significant exposure to luxury / ultra-luxury segment
- Proven track record in high-value deal closures (>- 8 Cr+ transactions)
- Strong network within HNI/UHNI segment, channel partners, IPCs, and wealth managers
- Expertise in channel sales and relationship-driven selling
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and luxury buyer behavior
Preferred Background:
- Experience with leading real estate developers or IPC firms
- MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing full time
