- Oversee the entire spectrum of pre-sales and sales operations for high-end luxury commercial projects.

- Strategically design, plan, and execute sales and business development initiatives to drive profitability and brand growth.

- Lead integrated sales campaigns, including exclusive high-tea events, roadshows, corporate tie-ups, channel partnerships, and luxury exhibitions.
