Job Title: Regional Head West.

Location: West (Maharashtra).

Role Overview:

- We are looking for a dynamic Regional Head to lead operations and drive growth in the assigned region.

- The role involves building strong institutional and vendor partnerships, ensuring smooth candidate alignment for Crack-ED's PGP programs, and managing a team to deliver on business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Candidate Supply Management: Ensure a steady pipeline of students aligned for Crack-ED PGP programs through college partnerships and internal teams.

- Institutional & Vendor Relations: Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with colleges, training institutes, and vendor partners to secure student supply and enhance collaborations.

- Business Development: Identify and onboard new colleges, vendors, and strategic partners to expand Crack-ED's reach in the region.

- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and drive performance of the regional team to achieve enrollment and partnership targets.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of programs.

- Market Insights: Stay updated on regional trends, competitor activities, and student requirements to reimagine and improve Crack-ED's offerings.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business, Management, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales preferably in the ed-tech.

- Strong network of college/university contacts is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Proven track record of team leadership and achieving business targets.

- Ability to travel extensively within the region.
