CQA Manager - Audit - Personal Care

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive audit program for personal care products, covering manufacturing processes, raw materials, packaging, and distribution channels, to ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct regular audits of manufacturing facilities, suppliers, and distributors, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective and preventive actions, to maintain product quality and safety.

- Lead and manage a team of auditors, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback, to ensure consistent and effective audit execution.

- Analyze audit data and trends, preparing reports and presentations for management, to communicate audit findings and recommendations for improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions, verifying their effectiveness, to drive continuous improvement in product quality and manufacturing processes.

- Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes, updating audit programs and procedures accordingly, to ensure ongoing compliance and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive quality audit programs, identifying and addressing areas for improvement.

- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of auditors, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret audit data and trends, and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present audit findings to management.

- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), GMP guidelines, and regulatory requirements for personal care products.

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in quality assurance and auditing within the personal care or pharmaceutical industry.

- Adaptable to an on-site work environment in Mumbai.
