The Business Head ( General Manager Level ) of Brand Promotions and Events is a key leadership position at CPM India. This role will be responsible for developing and executing brand activation and promotion strategies, visibility deployment, retail audits, event plans, and BTL marketing campaigns that align with our clients' objectives and contribute to their success.
The successful candidate will have a strong blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership skills, coupled with a proven track record in brand promotions, visibility deployment, retail audits and events execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of brand activation and event management professionals.
- Implement tools to streamline team collaboration and project execution.
2. Client Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their goals, and working closely to provide innovative and effective solutions.
- Leverage data-driven insights to tailor strategies to each client's unique needs.
3. Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand activation strategies and event plans that drive engagement, brand recognition, and ROI for our clients.
4. Budget Management:
- Create and oversee budgets for brand activation campaigns and events, for precise financial control.
5. Innovation and Creativity:
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, constantly seeking innovative ways to engage audiences and enhance client brands.
- Implement emerging technologies, such as virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR), where applicable, to enhance event experiences.
6. Quality Assurance:
- Maintain a rigorous quality control process to ensure that all brand activation, events and campaigns are executed flawlessly.
- Implement quality management systems and technology for real-time event monitoring.
7. Performance Analytics:
- Establish KPIs and measurement tools to evaluate the success of brand activation and event management initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand activation and event management, with a track record of success.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative and creative thinker.
- A deep understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.
