Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an Area Manager.

- The Area Manager will oversee sales activities, manage a team of sales representatives in the assigned region, and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

- Key responsibilities include developing and implementing regional sales strategies, achieving sales targets, fostering strong relationships with customers, and conducting market analysis.

- The Area Manager will also represent the company in meetings, negotiate contracts, and provide regular reports to senior management on regional performance.

Qualifications:

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a sales team.

- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, along with market analysis and planning expertise.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.

- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver measurable business results.

- Proficiency in using CRM tools, data analysis software, and relevant technology for reporting and strategic planning.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.

- Experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry is advantageous.
