Manager - Operations Main Accountabilities : - People management. Ensure absenteeism and attrition are within the threshold - Compliance to SLAs ' - Client and internal stakeholder management - Monthly/Quarterly/Annual performance management - Lead process improvement initiatives - Conducts refresher trainings, one to one sessions, coach &amp; mentor at the team/individual level - Driving Lean &amp; Kaizen initiatives to identify and remove NVA - Engage/Motivate team to scale greater heights - Create/Assist in documentation of procedure manuals Other Responsibilities : - Communicate effectively at all levels and build relationships with internal/external customers - Capacity utilization &amp; workforce planning / prioritization - Deployment / implementation of quality tools, process / risk management and identification techniques, preparation and implementation of mitigation plans - Making the necessary reports/ dashboards for the internal &amp; external clients - Analyzing budgeted time for all the transactions to gauge individual / team efficiency / productivity Eligibility Criteria : - Regular Graduates/Post Graduates with 60% marks in 10th, 12th &amp; graduation - Relevant Experience: 5-7 years in Team handling - Excellent written &amp; verbal communication skills - Business Understanding: Expert of IP industry, related laws and processes will be preferred Skills/ Competencies : - Good interpersonal skills - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Quantitative and analytical bent of mind - Ability to work in tight deadlines and manage deliverable - Good problem solving skills - Should be flexible and ready to embrace change
