Job Role - Global Alliance Manager Job Location - Remote / Bhubaneswar JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Alliance (Channel Sales ) Partner with a proven track record of success in IT solution or service sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in international sales and a strong understanding of the IT industry . As a Channel Sales Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets through this business model. JOB PURPOSE (Responsibilities) 1. Develop an International Partner Ecosystem and maintain relationships with SCM -ISV to increase revenue and market share. 2. Collaborate with SCM -ISV and sign the agreement to pursue new business . 3. Run market research and analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities for growth. 4. Build and execute sales plans , strategies to meet revenue targets. 5. Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to sell and market our products and services. 6. Participate in trade shows, events, and conferences to promote our products and services. 7. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing. 8. Will be required to work in International Time zone. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE (Requirements & Skills ) 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. 5+ years of experience as Alliance / Partner Manager in Global context. (Strong understanding of logistics operations and how technology solutions can improve them is desirable but not a Roadblock. SCM domain experience is a High Plus) 3. Experience working with channel partners to drive revenue growth. 4. Strong understanding of the IT industry and technology trends. 5. Working experience for international market specially in North America, Europe and Middle East . 6. Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical people. 7. Must be having High Standard in Collaboration, coordination and mentoring. 8.
