
Description : Oversee delivery of all client engagements ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and contractual SLAs.
Account Growth :
- Manage a multi-geography delivery organization (~400 employees) with distributed teams across India and onshore locations.
- Partner with Account Management and Sales teams to support pre-sales, solutioning, and client relationship expansion.
- Drive continuous improvement through delivery frameworks, agile practices, and process automation.
- Monitor project financials Revenue growth, utilization, margins, forecasting, and delivery budgets.
- Ensure compliance with data security, IP protection, and client audit requirements.
- Mentor and develop Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and Technical Leads.
- Implement scalable delivery models to support future growth.
- Work closely with HR and Leadership on talent planning, retention, and skill upgradation initiatives.
- Report monthly delivery performance metrics and improvement plans to the CEO amnd others.
Process compliance in delivery organization :
Job Requirements :
Experience : 15-20 years in IT services with at least 5 years in a senior delivery leadership role.
Domain Expertise : Preferably understanding of Logistics domain.
Clients :
- Proven track record of managing delivery for US and European enterprise clients.
Technical Exposure :
- Cloud (AWS/Azure), APIs, Integration Platforms, Data Analytics, and emerging Logistics Tech.
Methodologies :
- Agile / DevOps / ITIL-based delivery governance.
Leadership :
- Excellent people management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural communication skills.
Educational Qualification :
- B.E / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent technical degree.
- MBA preferred (Operations / IT Management specialization desirable).
