The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly strategic, analytical, and results-oriented Senior Manager - Strategy to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
This pivotal, cross-functional role will play a crucial part in the companys growth by spearheading the preparation of strategies for revenue maximization, driving the management and optimization of our CRM (Salesforce) for advanced reporting and analytics, and leading key planning processes.
You will be instrumental in influencing decisions and coordinating with senior internal stakeholders across the country.

Role & Responsibilities:
As Senior Manager - Strategy, you will lead critical strategic initiatives and provide high-level analytical insights.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive strategies for revenue maximization, identifying new opportunities and driving initiatives to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- CRM Strategy & Optimization (Salesforce): Take ownership of the strategic management and continuous optimization of our CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring it serves as a robust platform for advanced reporting, sophisticated analytics, and strategic insights.
- Revenue System Enhancement: Drive continuous improvement and optimization projects for existing revenue systems, primarily Salesforce, to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the end-to-end preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term business plans, providing strategic recommendations in consultation with senior management.
- Performance Analytics: Conduct deep-dive analysis of trends in revenue, expenses, capital expenditure (CapEx), and other related financial areas, identifying key drivers, risks, and strategic implications.
- Executive Reporting & Insights: Develop and present high-impact revenue reports and strategic analyses for senior internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, distilling complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Deal Structuring & Optimization: Strategically coordinate with the Revenue Team and other internal stakeholders to structure complex deals, optimize pricing, and enhance revenue generation.
- Advanced Financial Modeling: Develop and refine sophisticated financial models for new center feasibility assessments, expansion projects, and scenario planning, supporting high-stakes investment decisions.
- Finance & Operations Liaison: Collaborate closely with the Finance Team to ensure efficient revenue realization, reconciliation, and seamless financial operations.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Lead coordination efforts across various internal teams and departments, leveraging strong verbal and written communication to drive alignment and execution of strategic priorities.
- MIS Design & Presentation: Design, develop, and present comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports to senior management, offering strategic overviews and deep dives into performance.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct rigorous competitive analysis, market research, and industry benchmarking to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and strategic opportunities.
- Feasibility & Pricing Strategy: Drive the analysis of center feasibility and pricing trends, providing data-backed strategic recommendations that directly influence business development and market positioning.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 7 to 9 years of progressive experience in Strategy, Business Planning, Financial Planning & Analysis, Management Consulting, or a similar high-impact cross-functional role.
- Education: Preferred qualifications include CA (Chartered Accountant), MBA (Master of Business Administration), or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst).
- Analytical Prowess: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for sophisticated financial modeling, complex data manipulation, and high-level analytical reporting.
- Expert-level capability in MS PowerPoint for creating compelling and executive-level presentations.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional ability at unstructured problem-solving, with a keen eye for attention to detail and a proven track record of converting complex challenges into actionable solutions.
- Communication & Influence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders across various functions.
- Leadership & Coordination: Proven ability to lead complex coordination efforts and drive alignment across diverse internal teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong capability for strategic thinking, conceptualizing new approaches, and translating vision into concrete plans.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and its capabilities for reporting and analytics is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis is a strong bonus
