Each CoWrks center consists of tons of start-ups, small businesses and freelancers and we're all committed to building and engaging the CoWrks Community by conceptualizing events that deliver valuable experiences, insights and knowledge.   IDEAL CANDIDATURE:   - Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management   - Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office   - Outstanding communication and negotiation ability   - Excellent organizational skills   - A knack for problem-solving   - Customer-service orientation   - A team player with leadership skills   - Experience with start-ups and the tech community   We are looking for a competent Event Manager to conceptualize and organize events across all CoWrks centres in the country, that will benefit the internal member community of CoWrks as well as build brand awareness among our target audience. The role requires the following:   EVENT CONCEPTUALISATION:   - Conceptualize events with the objective of generating leads, building brand awareness, generating revenue and acquiring Alliances for the benefit of members at CoWrks.   - Drive and execute all outbound events for the CoWrks Member Community as well as potential clients.   - Assist Community Teams to conceptualize and organize internal events for members at their respective centres   - Analyze market trends, start-up scenario and initiative of other competitors.   - Constantly monitor and analyze industry news, evolving trends, new innovations and trending event concepts in order to gain attraction and participation from external audiences.   EVENT PLANNING AND EXECUTION:   - Create Monthly Events Plan while adhering to the allocated budget and propose the same to the Community Development Council of CoWrks   - Maintain an updated list of food & beverage suppliers, Audio Visual equipment vendors, technical support vendors, lighting and sound vendors, etc.   - Identify relevant speakers, guests and performers for each kind of outbound event concept   - Maintain an updated database of all relevant sponsors at all times and acquire such sponsorships for out bound events of CoWrks   - Associate with Alliances for driving outbound events and providing tangible benefits to members of CoWrks.   - Co-ordinate with Alliances, Sponsors and Hosts of outbound events for content, logos and other marketing collaterals and ensure that they adhere to CoWrks Brand Standards   - Negotiate Pricing and Costs with all Partners   - Generate Revenue through Alliances, Sponsors and Renting of Event Space   - Analyze which type of events will appeal to what segment of target groups and demographics and what kind of events should be executed at each centre.   - Create Terms of Service Agreement and regularly revising the same. The agreement should lay out timelines, restrictions, expectations and payment terms for all partners, sponsors, alliances and vendors and acquire signed agreement copies and confirmations from such partners.   - Create an Event schedule for each Event and share the same with Community Teams - Ensure that event invitations are sent to participants on time.   - Create monthly event calendars and share the same with all stakeholders.   - Work with the Marketing Team to Draft Emcee scripts for events.   - Work with the CoWrks Facilities teams to ensure operational efficiency during all events   - Liaise with our Communications, Marketing & Technology teams to ensure that digital/email/print communications are conceptualized prior to events   - Identify and Communicate all Technical Requirement of each event to the Technology and IT team of CoWrks.   - Co-ordinate with the Lead Management (LM) team to make follow up calls to all attendees to confirm their participation for respective events.   - Coordinate event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support.   - Identify and allot roles and responsibilities to members of the Events Team   - Create Venue set-up plan, Infrastructure & Equipment list and procure the same for events taking place outside as well as inside CoWrks centres.   - Conduct post event evaluation and create reports to review cost, quality, individual and team performance, no. of leads and closures generated, revenue, participation, etc.   COMMUNITY BUILDING:   - Strive to build a community environment that's conducive to collaboration   - Ensure that members are engaged through action-packed events calendars   - Work with local businesses in the vicinity to plan engagement events   - Continuously measure member satisfaction and strive to improve member satisfaction levels with more engaging events   - Develop and implement strategies for reaching out to local organizations and attend networking events to promote the community of CoWrks and identify potential members   ACHIEVER:   - Ability to prioritize and focus on high quality work within stipulated timelines   - You're able to get your hands dirty to get results   - Detail-oriented and willing to document key learnings to create processes as we scale our team   - High organizational and multi-tasking skills   - Ability to cope under pressure   EYES ON THE PRIZE:   - Ability to innovate when required to achieve solutions   - Flexible: does not conform if non-conformance leads to wins   - Ability to think outside the box   - Proactive and creative thinking   TEAM PLAYER:   - Love working with people   - Foresight of peers needs and willingness to support them   - No egos at work.
