The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Deputy General Manager - Strategy to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

This cross-functional role is crucial for supporting the companys growth by assisting in the preparation of key strategies for revenue maximization and ensuring effective management of our CRM (Salesforce) for robust reporting and analytics.

You will collaborate extensively with various internal stakeholders across the country.

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Role & Responsibilities:

- As Deputy General Manager - Strategy, you will be a key contributor to our strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Strategy Support & Preparation: Assist in the preparation of comprehensive strategies for revenue maximization across COWRKS centers, contributing to the companys growth objectives.

- CRM Management (Salesforce): Support the management and optimization of our CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure accurate and efficient data capture, enabling insightful reporting and analytics.

- Revenue System Optimization: Work to continuously improve and optimize existing revenue systems, primarily Salesforce, to enhance data quality and reporting capabilities.

- Budgeting & Forecasting Support: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term business plans in close consultation with management.

- Financial Performance Analysis: Prepare detailed analyses of trends in revenue, expenses, capital expenditure (CapEx), and other related financial areas to highlight key insights.

- Revenue Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc revenue reports and conduct analysis for various internal stakeholders, providing clear and actionable data.

- Deal Structuring Coordination: Coordinate with the Revenue Team and other internal stakeholders to gather necessary inputs and support the structuring of various deals.

- Financial Modeling: Prepare financial feasibility models for new centers or expansion projects, contributing to strategic decision-making.

- Finance Liaison: Liaise effectively with the Finance Team to ensure efficient revenue realization and reconciliation processes.

- Cross-functional Coordination: Facilitate strong coordination with various internal teams across departments through effective verbal and written communication.

- Management Information Systems (MIS): Prepare comprehensive MIS reports to provide a holistic view of business performance.

- Competitor Tracking: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and industry benchmarks to provide relevant strategic inputs.

- Feasibility & Pricing Analysis: Prepare inputs for center feasibility studies and analyze pricing trends to inform strategic pricing decisions.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: 5 to 6 years of progressive experience in Strategy, Business Planning, Financial Planning & Analysis, or a similar cross-functional role.

- Education: Preferred qualifications include CA (Chartered Accountant), MBA (Master of Business Administration), or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst).

- Analytical Proficiency: Exceptional proficiency in MS Excel for complex data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.

- Strong capability in MS PowerPoint for compelling presentations.

- Problem-Solving: Exceptional ability at unstructured problem-solving, with a sharp eye for attention to detail and a proactive approach to daily challenges.

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective coordination and stakeholder management.

- Collaboration: Proven ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders across various functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Salesforce would be an added advantage.

Basic understanding of SQL is a bonus, but not a necessity
