- Own and drive end-to-end growth strategy across paid and organic channels
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Manage budgets, track ROI, and ensure CAC vs LTV efficiency
- Identify growth opportunities through experimentation (A/B testing, funnels, landing pages)
- Work closely with product, sales, and content teams to improve conversion rates
- Build and optimize marketing funnels (acquisition activation retention revenue)
- Analyze campaign performance and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.
