About the Role: As an Associate Product Manager, the incumbent is expected to ideate and execute product design and deployment based on why, how, and what of customer insights and business problem. It is important for the individual to be a team player since the role will involve stakeholder collaboration to a great extent. Your key goals and responsibilities (includes but is not limited to): - Drive product and integration roadmap, including market segmentation and sizing, market and competitor analysis, technology trends - to achieve product line goals. - Document and manage product requirements (PRDs), feature identification for future initiatives and prioritize development of feature sets and elaborate the use cases. - Collaborate with developers, engineers, testers to ensure product deliverables within defined timelines. - Work and deliver to the release and deployment process alongside the support teams with a key eye on troubleshooting issues & query resolution for the product. - Maintain and publish dashboards to measure success and analytics for the product to facilitate client success and integrate client insights in subsequent products / product versions. What you MUST have: - Strong familiarity with product development process, wireframing, prototyping, user flows and UI experience. Be enthused to work in teams with intense deadlines and high-quality delivery commitments. - Ability to manage all phases of the product development lifecycle. - Understanding of tools for analytic, product development / management, wire framing. Proficiency in web/mobile analytics tools. - Must have customer centric approach, analytical bent of mind and potential to blend futuristic vision with understanding of technology
