Course5i - Data Scientist - Transportation/Logistics/Fleet Management Domain

Are you passionate about uncovering insights from complex datasets and driving innovation in the transportation and logistics and fleet management space? We're looking for a Data Scientist who can help transform operations with actionable insights and advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with business team to understand the data sources and do a detailed EDA of data available to establish quality and completeness of data.

- Design, implement, and maintain robust data preparation pipelines based on available data (should understand manufacturing datasets) to support ML Models.

- Analyze structured and semi-structured datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.

- Conduct ad-hoc analysis using statistical and machine learning algorithms based on the available data basis business requirement.

- Work effectively in a global, cross-functional team using agile methodologies

Must-Have Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in Data Science with strong Machine Learning expertise.

- Hands-on experience of building scalable and deploying ML solutions.

- Proven expertise working with datasets in the transportation, logistics, or fleet management domains.

- Experience in projects with KPIs like route efficiency, fuel usage, delivery time, fleet utilization, etc. is preferred

- Knowledge of how to build recommendation systems and personalization algorithms using traditional ML models.

- Proficient in Python, SQL, and ML libraries like scikit-learn, pandas, etc and OOPs concepts.

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
