Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end data activities including data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and exploratory analysis.
- Develop and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems across regression, classification, NLP, and time-series forecasting.
- Conduct data-driven experiments, analyze results, and translate findings into measurable business insights.
- Present insights and recommendations through effective data visualization and BI tools.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to operationalize models and deploy scalable solutions.
- Propose innovative solutions and strategies based on data patterns, business needs, and predictive modeling.
- Continuously evaluate model performance and drive improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and relevance.
Requirements:
- Strong foundation in Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, and Operations Research; experience leading small teams is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation, modeling, and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong mathematical skills with expertise in statistics, probability, and algebra.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong business acumen and an analytical mindset.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Text Analytics / NLP:
- Sentiment analysis, text classification, NER, topic modeling.
Predictive Modeling:
- Regression, classification, and time-series models
