
Description:
- Structure, analyze, and synthesize findings from both primary research (surveys, interviews) and secondary sources (reports, industry studies, competitive analysis) to generate insights that inform brand strategy.
- Develop strategic hypotheses and points of view that facilitate brand positioning, architecture, and transformation initiatives.
- Conduct comprehensive market assessments, competitive landscape analysis, and opportunity identification to inform strategic recommendations.
- Stay ahead of emerging brand trends, cultural shifts, and innovation in marketing, design, and business strategy.
Project & Workstream Leadership:
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying scopes, timelines, and stakeholder requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with research teams, creative departments, and client service teams to ensure integrated strategic solutions.
Client Engagement & Consulting:
- Actively contribute to client workshops and strategy sessions, utilizing strategic frameworks and tools to identify business opportunities and solve brand challenges.
- Translate complex strategic concepts into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences including C-suite executives.
- Influence internal and external stakeholders through persuasive communication and strategic thinking.
- Respond to client questions and concerns with strategic perspective and business acumen.
Business Development & Thought Leadership:
- Contribute to the development of compelling pitch materials, proposals, and scopes of work.
- Develop strategic points of view on industry trends, market opportunities, and brand challenges.
- Create high-quality client presentations that effectively communicate strategic recommendations.
Innovation & Efficiency:
- Continuously explore and evaluate new methodologies, tools, and approaches to brand strategy consulting.
- Contribute to the development of proprietary frameworks, tools, and intellectual capita.
Skills Requirements:
Experience Required: 3+ years of core experience in strategy consulting (management consulting, brand consulting or business consulting).
- Demonstrated experience leading strategic projects from research through final recommendations.
- Experience with both B2B and consumer sectors preferred; B2B experience highly valued.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
- Strong analytical skills including competitive analysis, market assessment, trend analysis, and opportunity identification.
- Experience with research methodologies and ability to select appropriate approaches based on business objectives.
- Deep understanding of both Qualitative and Quantitative primary research methodologies & process.
- Proven ability to create compelling presentations and strategic narratives.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Familiarity with research databases, competitive intelligence platforms, and market research tools.
- Comfort with AI tools and emerging technologies for research and analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Strategy, or related field preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Liberal Arts, Communications, or related discipline.
