Position: Country Sales Manager

Purpose of the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Sales Manager to lead and drive business performance in the Oman market. The role is responsible for executing the country-level sales strategy, managing distributor-led operations, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sustainable growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute the country sales strategy across channels and product portfolios
- Deliver business objectives and ensure achievement of sales and market share targets
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with distributors, trade partners, and key customers
- Track competitive landscape and proactively design and implement counter-strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance
- Monitor and manage the sales budget, ensuring spends remain within approved limits
- Prepare and present regular reports including sales performance, pricing, and in-market stock levels
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA from a Tier-1 B-School (India)
- Batch preference: 20212023 only
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG or consumer products
- Strong experience managing distributor-led sales teams
- Proven ability to design and execute effective sales strategies at a country level
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and drive insights
- Self-driven, independent, and team-oriented working style
- Willingness to relocate to Oman
