Country Sales Manager Kuwait | FMCG
Location: Kuwait
Compensation: 1,500 KWD per month, plus performance-based annual bonus
Position Summary:
We seek a dynamic and result-oriented Country Manager to drive the sales and business objectives for a leading global consumer products company in Kuwait. This role demands a high-performing leader to accelerate business growth, manage distributor and key accounts, and build a high-impact sales organization to deliver aggressive YoY results.
Core Responsibilities:
- Accelerate Revenue: Exceed individual and team targets through effective management of distributor sales and business development initiatives.
- Architect Growth: Design and implement data-driven sales strategies to maximize market share in the consumer products landscape.
- Lead Strategy Execution: Oversee distributor performance, ensure robust channel execution, and monitor competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Build & Coach Teams: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, driving achievement of business targets and fostering a results-driven culture.
- Provide Strategy: Offer market intelligence, insights, and recommend strategies to refine service offerings and overall business approach.
Required Qualifications:
Experience & Profile: MBA passouts of 2021 & 2022 batches from premier B-schools, with at least 2 years of sales stint.
Expertise: Strong expertise in sales strategy execution, distributor management, and channel development. Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies with a strong hunter-farmer balance.
Mindset & Skills: Strategic, data-driven, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing sales teams in a distributed or international environment.
