Education qualification - MBA is mandatory

Reporting to : Chairman in the HQ

Location : Bangalore

The client :

The company delivers technology-enabled solutions designed to improve operational efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and enhance user experience across modern commercial environments.

- With a well-established international footprint and a strong enterprise customer base, the organization is now looking to strengthen its presence in India by hiring an accomplished Country Manager to lead market development, commercial growth, and strategic expansion in the region.

- This is a high-impact leadership role for an entrepreneurial and execution-oriented sales leader who can build the India market, drive revenue, and establish a scalable partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify Target Prospects Conduct research to uncover high-potential clients, including commercial office buildings and corporate tenants.

- Client Engagement Initiate contact with new leads, schedule and conduct product demonstrations, consult on industry best practices, and guide stakeholders through the sales cycle.

- Relationship Building Establish and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers, channel partners, distributors, architects, and consultants.

- Sales Funnel Management Maintain an up-to-date CRM to track leads, opportunities, deal progress, and post-sale engagement.

- Partner Development Build and activate a network of official Yellowbox distributors and resellers to accelerate regional scale.

What You Bring :

- 10 - 12 + years of B2B sales experience, preferably in commercial workplace software, workplace technology, access control, IoT, or proptech sectors

- Proven success managing both direct sales and channel partner relationships

- Strong project management and operational skills, including hardware or systems deployment oversight

- Experience with CRMs and pipeline accountability

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

- Willingness to travel across India for client meetings, site visits, and tradeshows

- Self-motivated, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
