QUALIFICATION: Management Graduate from Premier Business School EXPERIENCE: Minimum 12 Years Required Skills/Abilities: - Having experience of HoReCa and Retail segment of the business - Excellent contact with supermarket buyers, category managers - Contacts with a network of HoReCa distributors - Extensively travelled in the region - Experience of channel sales - Good communication skills with command over English JOB DESCRIPTION: Key Performance Areas: - Complete responsibility for preparing and execution of business plan for the region with ownership for top line and bottom line. - Grow business in Retail, Horeca and QSR channels - Expand distribution base in the region. - Establish a network of long-term and reliable private label customers. - Prepare and execute activation and promotion plan for the region in consultation with marketing team. - Design, define, agree and implement with the distributor sales force / customers the most effective promotions when needed (seasonal promotions, new product launches, commercial promotions) - Evaluate the current pricing strategy per brands / channels - propose and implement corrective action plans if needed in collaboration with our distributors while considering margin expectations / targets from our distributor / customers. - Build with our Key customers (KA) Annual Joint Business Plans, and agree on Annual targets (Turnover, Volume, and Margin) and Business Drivers / Action plans (Distribution, Seasonal Promotions, recipes) - Work directly with clients - in meetings and in daily correspondence.
