Country Manager - Pharmaceutical

Looking for a Country Manager-East Africa for a leading Pharmaceutical Company.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead overall business operations, strategy, and growth initiatives for the Africa Emerging Market region.

2. Develop and implement effective business plans aligned with company objectives.

3. Drive sales and profitability while ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders and represent the company in key meetings, conferences, and industry forums.

5. Analyse market trends and performance to identify growth opportunities.

6. Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring productivity and performance excellence.

Candidate's Profile:

Age: 35 - 45 years

- Experience: 10 - 15 years, with reputed pharma companies having operations in Africa.

- Experience in Brand Marketing, Product Management and sales Management is critical for the role.

- Proven track record in managing business operations in East Africa is essential.

- Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
