About:
- To lead and drive strategic growth of food phosphate products-including specialty and blends-across a diverse set of application segments such as seafood, meat, bakery, potato, dairy, non-dairy creamer, fortification, and nutraceuticals within the region.
- This role will lead business development efforts, manage key customer and partner relationships, and ensure alignment with both commercial and regulatory expectations within the region.
- Identify untapped markets and segments to expand the company's footprint within the region.
- Implement KPIs and monitor channel partner performance for continuous improvement.
- Generate and qualify leads across all target application areas, ensuring a healthy and active sales pipeline.
- Work cross-functionally with R&D and regulatory teams to ensure product compliance and support customer audits when required.
