Responsibilities:
- Drive sales, P&L, and business growth
- Lead, hire, mentor, and retain top talent

- Experience preparing or reviewing monthly/quarterly reports for regional or group-level stakeholders.
- Should have experience with structured company with system and processes
- Hands-on experience in driving revenue growth, building pipelines, and customer acquisition.
- Experience managing small to mid-sized teams (5-50 people), including hiring, developing, and retaining talent.
- Practical knowledge of day-to-day operations, logistics, inventory management, and service delivery.
- Capable of implementing systems, controls, and processes that improve efficiency.
