Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the India business P&L with full ownership of growth, profitability, and cash flow.
- Drive enterprise sales strategy across major hospital networks; manage long, solution-led deal cycles.
- Build strong engagement with CXOs, clinical leadership, and admin stakeholders.
- Grow and manage both direct sales teams and channel partner ecosystem.
- Ensure timely collections, renewals, and financial discipline across regions.
- Oversee deployments with product, ops, tech, and clinical teams for flawless execution.
- Identify new revenue opportunities, partnerships, and expansion corridors.
- Build, coach, and scale high-performing sales and operations teams.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1218 years of enterprise/healthcare/IoT/automation/tech solution sales experience.
- Strong track record in P&L ownership and delivering multi-crore revenue outcomes.
- Proven ability to influence CXO-level decision makers and navigate long sales cycles.
- Experience managing channel partners + direct teams across multiple geographies.
- Strong commercial acumen: contracts, negotiations, collections, and profitability.
- Comfort working with hardware + software + service-based solution stacks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership presence.
- MBA preferred.
