Role Purpose

Lead and drive strategic alliances and branding initiatives to enhance brand visibility, generate new revenue streams, and strengthen market presence through high-impact partnerships and co-branding opportunities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic alliance and branding strategies aligned with organizational goals

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners including credit card companies, aviation industry, and allied sectors

- Drive co-branding initiatives to enhance brand reach and member engagement

- Plan and implement partnerships that create incremental revenue and brand value

- Build, manage, and nurture key national-level alliance and partner accounts

- Lead business development initiatives focused on new markets and strategic opportunities

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams for consistent brand positioning

- Ensure strong brand presence across all alliance-led campaigns and touchpoints

- Monitor performance of alliances and optimize partnerships for long-term value

- Represent the organization in strategic negotiations, industry forums, and partner discussions

- Revenue generation through strategic alliances and co-branding initiatives

- Successful onboarding and retention of high-value strategic partners

- Brand visibility and market presence enhancement through partnerships

- Growth in member acquisition and engagement via alliance channels

- Achievement of alliance-related business development targets

- Effectiveness and ROI of branding and co-marketing initiatives

- Strength and longevity of partner relationships

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Experience Requirements:

- 812 years of experience in strategic alliances, branding, business development, or account management

- Proven experience in managing national-level partnerships

- Exposure to hospitality, leisure, travel, or membership-based industries preferred

- Experience working with cross-industry partners such as BFSI, aviation, or lifestyle brands

Skill Sets & Competencies:

- Strong business planning and analytical skills

- Expertise in strategic partnerships, alliance management, and co-branding

- Strong sales and account management capabilities

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Leadership ability to drive cross-functional collaboration

- Ability to identify and capitalize on new market and revenue opportunities
