Country Business Operations Manager - Supply Chain & Logistics

Role:

- Lead India-wide business operations across Customer Excellence, Material Management, Logistics, Warehousing/3PL and Slitting Operations.

- Drive customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, cost optimization and continuous improvement.

- Manage inventory, forecasting, procurement, logistics, suppliers and 3PL partners.

- Select, negotiate, and evaluate third-party converters and suppliers.

- Role includes purchase and procurement and vendor negotiations.

- Lead digitalization, SAP/CRM, AI and process automation initiatives.

- Ensure quality, safety, compliance and sustainability standards.

- Lead and develop 4 functional managers and their teams.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or a related field.

- Master's degree is an advantage.

Experience:

- 20+ years' experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Customer Service/Operations with strong people and cross-functional leadership.

- Experience with SAP, SCM, warehouses/3PL and international logistics preferred.
