Job Summary:
The Senior Manager, Organizational Effectiveness (APAC) leads the execution of organizational effectiveness priorities across the APAC region. This role partners closely with business leaders, Learning & Development, and HR to strengthen team effectiveness, leader capability, and overall organizational performance.
Working in alignment with global Organizational Effectiveness strategy, this role translates enterprise programs and frameworks into practical, regionally relevant solutions. The Senior Manager is responsible for ensuring these solutions are effectively adopted and deliver measurable impact within APAC.
In addition to hands-on delivery, this role leads a small regional OE team and is accountable for building capability, maintaining consistent delivery standards, and scaling effective organizational effectiveness practices across the region.
Principal Responsibilities and Essential Duties:- Lead execution of organizational effectiveness priorities across APAC, aligned with enterprise strategy.
- Partner with HRBPs, Learning & Development, and business leaders to identify organizational gaps and deliver targeted, practical solutions to improve team and leader effectiveness.
- Translate global OE strategies, frameworks, and programs into regionally relevant approaches, ensuring alignment with global standards while adapting to local needs.
- Provide feedback and insights to the global OE team based on regional outcomes and experience.
- Design, implement, and evaluate programs that enhance employee engagement, performance, and leadership effectiveness.
- Support implementation and adoption of enterprise Employee Experience initiatives within APAC.
- Ensure programs are delivered with high quality and drive measurable outcomes.
- Lead and support change management efforts tied to business transformations and organizational changes.
- Partner with HR and business leaders on organizational design, team structures, and operating models.
- Proactively identify and manage change impacts across stakeholders.
- Lead and develop a regional OE team, including Senior Facilitators and a Program Manager.
- Set priorities, manage workload, and ensure consistent delivery standards across the team.
- Coach team members to strengthen facilitation, consulting, and program management capabilities.
- Leverage employee listening data and other insights to inform priorities and action planning.
- Establish and monitor key indicators to assess program effectiveness.
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for leaders.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, HRBPs, and cross-functional partners in APAC.
- Integrate AI-enabled tools and practices into organizational effectiveness programs, supporting leaders and teams in applying AI to improve productivity and decision-making.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on team and organizational effectiveness within the region.
- Partner closely with the Director of Organizational Effectiveness, Learning & Development, and HR initiatives to drive consistent leader and team experiences, and ensure alignment with global priorities.
- Hire, develop, coach, lead and retain top-tier talent, with a focus on building and improving a team and culture that is able to assist in employing best in class practices to support and drive high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.

Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness, organizational development, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering organizational effectiveness programs and interventions.
- Strong knowledge of organizational development principles, change management methodologies, and team effectiveness.
- Experience working in global environments; APAC experience required.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing others.
- Strong consulting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose organizational issues and develop actionable solutions.
- Effective facilitation skills with experience leading sessions with leaders and teams.
- Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze and translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
