
Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Finance leader to spearhead our Costing, Pricing, and F&A functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive pricing strategies that align with market trends and internal cost structures to maximize competitive advantage and revenue growth.
- Lead the end - to - end Cost Accounting function, ensuring accurate product costing and inventory valuation to provide leadership with a transparent view of operational efficiency.
- Oversee the Finance and Accounts department, maintaining robust internal controls and ensuring seamless financial reporting across multiple regional locations.
- Execute sophisticated financial modeling and forecasting exercises to support strategic decision - making and long - term capital allocation.
- Conduct deep - dive variance analysis to identify cost leakages and operational inefficiencies, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders to improve margins.
- Manage the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to ensure resource allocation is optimized against organizational objectives.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in building complex financial models and pricing frameworks that translate raw data into clear, executive - level strategic narratives.
- Strong command over Management Accounting principles with the ability to influence stakeholders through data - backed insights and persuasive communication.
- Proven track record of managing large - scale F&A operations, with the agility to lead teams across diverse geographical locations, including Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and beyond.
- Exceptional analytical rigor in performing variance analysis and forecasting, ensuring that financial plans remain resilient against market volatility.
- Professional qualification such as CA, ICWA, or an MBA from a premier institute, complemented by a deep understanding of cost - benefit analysis in a multi - site business environment.
