Job Description - Costing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Costing Manager to lead product costing, budgeting, financial planning, and cost optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manufacturing cost analysis, BOM evaluation, and financial controls with hands-on experience in SAP and cost management systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end product costing and cost analysis activities

- Perform detailed BOM (Bill of Materials) analysis and variance tracking

- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans

- Monitor manufacturing costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and optimization

- Work closely with production, procurement, finance, and engineering teams for accurate cost estimation

- Analyze material, labor, overhead, and operational costs to improve profitability

- Support pricing decisions through detailed cost models and financial insights

- Ensure accurate cost data management in SAP

- Prepare MIS reports, cost sheets, and management dashboards

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational and financial efficiency
