Costing Manager - CA/CMA

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly cost sheets and analyse major cost deviations

- Calculate process-wise overhead rates

- Perform monthly Cost of Sales (COS) reconciliations

- Validate production order consumption against BOM and ensure accuracy

- Conduct monthly stock-takes and prepare variance reports

- Coordinate with Sales teams and auditors for stock verification

- Review inventory movement and compute stock provisions

- Lead audit coordination for statutory & internal audits

- Maintain insurance tracker for factory assets and inventory

Skills & Experience:

- 6-8 years of experience in Costing & Inventory roles (FMCG / Chemical / Pharma only)

- Strong analytical and costing skills

- Proficiency in SAP / ERP systems

- Knowledge of BOM, production processes, and inventory management
