Role - Head - Costing

Qualification - B.Tech + CMA ( 1st or 2nd Attempt) (Must)

Range to Experience - + 12 Years to 18 Years

Location - Near VAPI

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate costing of the products, maintenance of cost records and implement uniform management accounting practices across group

- Ensure reliable and timely MIS for Board and top management

- Prepare budget for improvement in budget processes

- Secure budgetary control and analysis of actual expenses vs budget

- Automate and simplify MIS reports and business processes across group with help of IT

- Prepare, review and ensure adherence to department policies and SOPs (as applicable)

- Monitor capex projects from initiation till completion from finance perspective and ensure fixed asset accounting

- Perform the role of people manager
