Our client, a global consulting firm, is supporting a global consulting firm on an ongoing engagement with a client in India, focused on driving a large-scale cost transformation and AI-led productivity initiative. This program aims to optimise cost structures while embedding AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
As part of this engagement, the consultants will play a key role in shaping and executing cost transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on procurement optimisation, program management, and integration of AI-driven product features. This is a high-impact role, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end cost transformation initiatives, particularly across procurement and vendor management
- Drive procurement optimization efforts, including RFP processes, vendor consolidation, and governance frameworks
- Contribute to program management, tracking progress, managing workstreams, and ensuring timely delivery
- Work on AI-driven productivity initiatives, including defining product features and supporting roadmap development
- Perform quantitative analysis and build dashboards (Excel-based) to generate insights and support decision-making
- Develop client-ready presentations and communicate insights to senior stakeholders
Your Background:
- 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, cost transformation, procurement, or operations
- Strong exposure to procurement (RFPs, vendor management, cost optimisation) and/or program management
- Experience working on analytics, dashboarding, and structured problem-solving
- Familiarity with AI-driven initiatives or digital transformation is a plus
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
- Prior healthcare sector experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with consulting experience highly valued
Other Information:
This is a full-time, 12-month contractual engagement starting in May 2026, with potential for extension. The role is remote (work from home), with no immediate travel requirements; however, candidates with a valid US travel visa may be preferred for occasional in-person meetings if needed.
