Our client is one of the global financial services groups which provides industry-focused services for clients across geographies. We are currently looking for a skilled professional to join their Cost Management & Analytics (CMA) Team in Mumbai. Some of the key responsibilities will include: - Support cost allocation, monthly book closure and reporting across global regions and business functions. - Review and analyze expenses to identify errors or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions. - Drive process improvements by enhancing controls, refining procedures and automating reports. - Provide deep-dive variance analysis, budgeting and ad hoc cost analytics for business and corporate stakeholders. - Participate in strategic projects, update SOPs and assist with management presentations and financial insights. To be eligible for this role you will require: - 5-7 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting within financial services. - Professional qualification: CA / MBA / Postgraduate in Finance. - Strong accounting, analytical and cost management skills. - Advanced MS Excel and VBA skills, experience with Hyperion is an advantage. - Ability to work independently under tight deadlines, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
