Role Overview:

Looking for an experienced Cost Accountant with strong exposure to Cost Accounting and Manufacturing Finance. The role will focus on product costing, inventory accounting, variance analysis, cost reporting, month end close, budgeting, and forecasting while partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Product and Standard Costing, Inventory Accounting and Cost Analysis:

- Maintain standard costs for materials, labour, and overheads

- Validate BOMs, Routings, and Cost Roll ups

- Inventory valuation, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution

- PPV, Material, Labour, Overhead Efficiency, and Volume Variance Analysis

- Monthly cost, margin, inventory, and variance reporting

- Root cause analysis and cost and margin improvement

- Budgeting and Forecasting support

Month End Close and Financial Reporting:

- Sales incentive calculations and accruals

- Support FP&A and Finance projects

- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements

- Collaborate with cross functional and international teams

Mandatory Skills:

- 10 plus Years Cost Accounting or Manufacturing Finance experience

- Manufacturing Industry experience

- Strong Standard Costing and Inventory Accounting experience

- SAP FICO Mandatory

- Strong Cost and Variance Analysis and PPV experience

- Advanced MS Excel skills

- Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting experience

- Manufacturing ERP experience

Good to Have:

- Power BI, QlikView, or Qlik Sense experience
