Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our performance and brand marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and capable of developing and executing impactful digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize ROI-focused digital marketing strategies across channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and Display
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM dashboards
- Drive organic and paid traffic growth; oversee SEO and SEM strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams for content creation, landing page optimization, and A/B testing
- Manage and scale lead generation funnels and conversion campaigns
- Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure marketing alignment with business goals
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends, algorithm changes, and ad platform updates
Key Skills Required:
- Proven experience in performance marketing, analytics, and campaign management
- Hands-on with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot/Zoho CRM
- Strong command of SEO/SEM best practices, email automation tools, and retargeting strategies
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimization skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing roles, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or consumer tech sectors
