Role Overview: The Sales Manager for Produ


ct Compliance Consulting Services is responsible for leading and driving the sales function to achieve revenue targets while building long-term client relationships. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing complex sales cycles, and ensuring the delivery of compliance solutions that meet regulatory requirements and client needs across various industries and jurisdictions. The Sales Manager serves as a trusted advisor to clients navigating the increasingly complex landscape of product compliance regulations including BIS, ISI, CDSCO, LMPC, BEE, and TEC requirements. This position requires a unique blend of consultative sales expertise, technical aptitude, and relationship management skills to engage with multiple stakeholders and drive sustainable business growth.



What You Will Do:


- Understand client needs and suggest the right compliance solutions.


- Manage the complete sales cycle - from first call to closing deals.


- Prepare proposals, deliver presentations & handle negotiations.


- Build a strong pipeline and achieve sales targets.


- Coordinate with technical, marketing & operations teams.


- Acquire new clients and maintain strong long-term relationships.



What We Expect:


- 4 - 7 years of B2B sales experience.


- 2+ years of sales team handling experience.


- Strong communication and consultative selling skills.


- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


- Experience in technical/consulting sales (added advantage).


- Graduate degree is mandatory.
