We are seeking a Corporate Trainer to deliver high-quality learning experiences for employees and managers. This is an individual contributor position suited to a confident facilitator who is passionate about developing people.

Key Responsibilities:

Course Delivery:

- Deliver professional, management, and team development programs in virtual and in-person settings according to established instructional standards.

- Create learner-centered and engaging sessions through discussion, practical exercises, and clear facilitation.

Team Development and Coaching:

- Facilitate workshops on team communication, interface management, team goals, strategy, and related development topics.

- Provide one-to-one coaching on communication, team dynamics, and the application of course concepts in real workplace situations.

Instructional Design and Content Development:

- Update learning materials, including slides, exercises, participant guides, and facilitator notes.

- Contribute to digital learning resources and ongoing curriculum improvements.

Learning Operations and Stakeholder Support:

- Support course setup in Workday Learning, including scheduling, roster management, and pre- and post-class communication.

- Coordinate with learning operations teams to maintain accurate attendance records and reporting.

- Partner with managers and HR Business Partners to identify learning needs and recommend appropriate development solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, Education, Organizational Development, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may also be considered.

- Engineering or another technical degree with relevant Learning and Development experience is also acceptable.

- 5-11 years of relevant experience as an instructor or corporate trainer within semiconductor, IT software and services, medical devices, product engineering, or R&D environments.

- Proven exposure to niche engineering or hiring environments, scaling organizations, and leadership stakeholder management.

Required Skills and Competencies:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Confident facilitation, presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a safe learning environment.

- Ability to build rapport and engage diverse audiences in both virtual and classroom settings.

- Instructional design, content development, and digital learning resource creation.

- Learning Management System administration; Workday Learning experience is preferred.

- Strong organizational, coordination, attendance-tracking, and reporting skills.

- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multicultural environments and communicate with people from different backgrounds.

- Growth mindset, adaptability, and willingness to develop further in Learning and Development.

- Willingness to travel to different office locations based on business needs.
