Salary Range: 7 - 9 LPA  Position Summary:  Our client is for a corporate recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience, to attract, screen, select and onboard qualified and suitable resources for all lateral job requisitions.  Job Responsibilities:  - Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, head hunting, cold calls etc.  - Screen candidates- resumes in line with the position job description.  - Assess applicants- relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.  - Schedule and coordinate interviews, and arrange travel when required.  - Process expenses and reimbursements for candidates when required.  - Obtain and consolidate interviewer feedback following candidate interviews.  - Provide compensation recommendations (including the supporting documentation, formal proposal to hire and interviewer feedback) to C&B team, ensuring that offers to new employees are aligned with the company's budget and compensation policy.  - Prepare offer letters and pre-employment documentation.  - Provide monthly recruiting reports and other needed information.  - Work closely with hiring managers to define position requirements, track requisitions and manage open headcount.  - Acts as candidate liaison from time of application through hire and arrival.  Qualification:  - Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, or a related field.  - Required Professional Experience: 3 - 5 years in lateral recruitments preferably in corporate services  Other requirement:  - Strong written and oral communication skills  - Ability to be self-motivated and take initiative  - Ability to be flexible  - Planning and organizational skills  - Interpersonal and teamwork skills
