Corporate Strategy Role - Auto/Industrial/Manufacturing

Profile:

An Engineer + MBA with 7-14 years of experience, preferably in Auto / Industrial / Manufacturing organizations.

Location: Delhi.

Reporting to: Director Strategy & Chief Financial Officer.

Key Requirements:

- Scanning the landscape for identification of new business opportunities.

- Formulating entry strategy into new businesses.

- Spotting ongoing trends in business both in India and abroad.

- Developing comprehensive business cases for organic and inorganic growth initiatives (e.g., new market entry, product launches, partnerships, or acquisitions / JV Technology alliances).

- Identifying and evaluating strategic adjacencies and diversification opportunities.

- Market sizing of new businesses and products.

- Formulating Go-to-Market strategy.

- Working with strategy & business consulting firms / investment banking firms both in India or abroad.

- Business and profitability analysis of existing business verticals.

- Cross-functional collaboration, working closely with SBU heads, strategic planning, and market research.

- Exposure in M&A, exploring new JV partners / alliances, etc.

- Evaluating target companies for acquisition / valuation / financial modelling.

- Commercial and business due diligence.

- Other job responsibilities which may evolve over time.
