Corporate Strategy Head - Manufacturing Firm

Role Overview :

The Corporate Strategy Head will lead the strategic vision of the organization, driving both organic growth initiatives and inorganic expansion through merger and acquisition strategy. This role requires deep expertise in corporate strategy, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions, with the ability to align business objectives to shareholder value creation.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning & Growth :

- Define and execute long-term corporate strategy aligned with market opportunities.

- Drive organic growth through product diversification, market expansion, and operational excellence.

- Identify and evaluate inorganic growth opportunities including acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.

Merger & Acquisition Strategy & Execution :

- Develop and lead the companys M&A roadmap.

- Conduct target identification, valuation, due diligence, and negotiation.

- Collaborate with investment bankers, consultants, and legal advisors to structure deals.

- Ensure seamless post-merger integration to maximize synergies.

Capital Market & Investor Relations :

- Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and investor sentiment.

- Support fundraising initiatives and capital allocation decisions.

- Prepare investor presentations, board reports, and communication for shareholders.

Leadership & Governance :

- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE/BSE regulations, and corporate governance standards.

- Mentor high-potential leaders and build organizational capability in strategy and M&A.

Skills :

- Strong expertise in M&A strategy, deal structuring, and integration.

- Deep understanding of capital markets and regulatory frameworks.

- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to operate in promoter-driven, listed company environments.
