Responsibilities : - Investor Reporting: Work directly with the CEO/Co-founders regarding reports and presentations for internal and external shareholders, including the Board of Directors and potential investors - Market Research: Conduct market and industry research for strategic activities that contribute to organic and inorganic growth, and present insights from the research. Stay informed on market trends and implement best practices - Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and potential solutions for our products and new experiments/initiatives. Present your findings to senior management with actionable insights and recommendations. Monitor our key business KPIs and deep dive to fully understand the drivers and their impact - Management: Lead engagements with industry consultants and work on the implementation of their advice in our business - Communication: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to bridge the gap between business and strategy - Strategic Finance: Assist the senior management in building annual operating plans and detailed financial models - Fund-raise: Assist the senior management in the fundraising process - M&A: Work with the senior management on potential mergers and acquisitions, including conducting due diligence, financial modeling, valuation analysis and legal documentation Requirements: - Experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, corporate development or related fields - Strong analytical and critical thinking to parse through data and come up with insights - Strong communication and presentation skills - Strong research skills and go-getter attitude in finding answers to complex business problems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
