We're Hiring for one of our clients-Large IT consulting firm for the role of Corporate Strategy & Growth - Sales Transformation
We're looking for a high-impact consulting professional to lead end-to-end sales transformation programs.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- MBA from a Tier-1 institute (mandatory)
- Prior consulting experience (Strategy / Management / Growth Consulting)
What you'll do:
- Drive sales strategy, GTM design, pricing, performance management, and on-ground implementation
- Leverage data analytics & AI to improve pipeline health, conversion ratios, win-loss, and sales productivity
- Design and implement sales operating models (RTM, channels, roles, quotas, incentives, customer segmentation)
- Lead CRM & sales tech enablement (Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics)
- Partner with Sales, Marketing & Finance to deliver measurable business outcomes
