The role is with a leading General Insurance Broking firm.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales/Business Development Managers to achieve - organizational sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for Non-Employee Benefits (Non-EB) products.
- Someone who can open doors to large corporates.
Location: Mumbai/ Pune / Delhi / Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the corporate sector through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and ensure client satisfaction.
- Proposal and Quote Preparation: Preparing and presenting proposals, quotes, and insurance solutions tailored to the specific needs of corporate clients.
- Negotiation and Underwriting: Negotiating terms and conditions with underwriters to secure the best possible policies for clients.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Market Knowledge: Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., operations, underwriting) to provide comprehensive insurance solutions.
Required Skills:.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience from the Insurance broking industry only.
- Experiences in connecting with top-level management or decision makers of large corporates.
- Generating revenue individually and with the team.
- Team handling experience.
- Product Knowledge Non-Employee benefits (Non EB).
