Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance and risk management solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized insurance plans.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth strategy.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 - 9 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the insurance broking or financial services industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Consultative and client-centric sales approach.
- Self-driven, proactive, and motivated to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
