We are looking for an experienced Corporate Sales / Business Development professional to join our growing team.

Locations: Gurgaon, Noida, Kolkata

Experience: 10-18 years

Industry: Insurance Broking

What Youll Do:

- Drive revenue growth through strategic corporate business development

- Acquire and grow high-value corporate & MNC client relationships

- Identify new market opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline

- Develop long-term relationships with clients, insurers and TPAs

- Engage with senior stakeholders and represent Howden at key industry forums

- Collaborate across teams and regions to achieve business growth objectives

What Were Looking For:

- 10-18 years of direct Corporate Sales experience in Insurance Broking

- Strong track record in new business acquisition and revenue generation

- Experience handling large corporate / MNC accounts

- Strong market knowledge and corporate network

- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

- Target-oriented, strategic and commercially driven mindset

- Insurance qualification will be an added advantage
